[OSCTC-planning] post-publicity website

Maybe turn https://github.com/openhatch/oh-campus-chicago in to a github
organization and then we could have a github pages repo there. It can be
the parent page that talks about recurring events and links to them.

If you think this is a good idea, could you add me as an owner?
