[OSCTC-planning] OSCTC meeting report 7/30/2014

Thanks, Katie.  We've contacted Mills and a bay area CC that was suggested
by Sumana.  Evergreen also looks good.  Do you know James Jones and/or
Olivia Davalos?  If so, an email intro would be great, otherwise I can
cold-email them myself.  :)
