Lindsey,

Any modifications to my design is fine with me!  Feel free to distribute,
modify, and share.

The font face used is Intro which may not be native to your machine.  It
can be found at http://fontfabric.com/intro-free-font/

I have replied all so Asheesh Laroia may have a copy of these files as well.

If you need any other graphical assistance in the future I am definitely
willing to help.
