[OpenAdvice] ebook format

Dear list,

Would it by any chance be possible to download or buy an ebook-optimised version? It needn't be epub or whatever (at least my reader handles PDF fine), just different dimensions. Assuming it's LaTeX source, the following should do the trick:

% nice size for e-books:
\documentclass[12pt]{article}
\usepackage[papersize={4.5in,6in},margin=0.5cm]{geometry}
