Hi, Angela!  Thanks for speaking with me today about our order.

We'd like to tentatively plan and price the lunch as follows:

20 Wyndham Fruit Almond Salad with Chicken
8 Vegetable Sandwich
4 other*

32 lunches total

* - One participant has specified that she has wheat and corn
insensitivities - can we arrange a meal for her?  Also, we haven't
heard specifically from any vegans yet, but I'll be surprised if there
aren't a few in the group, and none of the standard lunch options
appear to be vegan.  Can we get the estimate for one corn/wheat
sensitive, 3 vegan?

Can we get an estimate on the cost in that case (including taxes,
service fees, etc.)?  Based on that, we can make our pseudo-final
order on Wednesday, most likely with these numbers or very nearly so
(leaving open the possibility of a small increase from that).

Depending on pricing, we may also be interested in beverages
(particularly cola) and/or snacks on Friday evening ( 6 - 9 pm) and
Saturday morning (9:30 - 11 AM).
