[Greenhouse] Request for help from paultag for email template to new contributors

This email is directed to paultag, but feedback from others would also be
great. This is the email template (
https://github.com/openhatch/oh-greenhouse/issues/9#issuecomment-20940342) that
is currently being used by Ubuntu to reach out to new contributors. I was
wondering if you could Debian-ify it and put it on the Debian wiki. Thanks!
