[Events] how to approach disengaged attendees

Thanks for all the advice here. I find that it's a good expectation for a 
mentor/helper at an event to simply be on their feet *all the time*. The 
*default* is that a helper should be able to assess, from body language 
and what's on a person's screen, who's absolutely NOT blocked, and 
approach everyone else with a question (repetition-style practice helps) 
like "So where are you in the exercise?" or "Are you running into any 
snags?" Practice and training really help!
