[Events] openhatch mailing list for project nights

I encourage you to use the cpw-staff list for this, or create a new list
for other Chicago Python-area outreach. I suspect that one private list
would do you well, and that there is sizeable cross-over.

Either way, I am very supportive of all the outreach efforts going on in
Chicago Python and hope to help in whatever ways I can.
