[Events] New design for events list info page

Hi all!

I want to strongly encourage you to check out the new look for the Events 
list info page: http://lists.openhatch.org/mailman/listinfo/events/

Karen and I just put together a quick hack that makes it look actually 
reasonably nice! It's all Twitter bootstrap'd up, but moreover we've done 
the following:

* Emphasize how to send mail to the list.

* Emphasize how to subscribe.

* Add a photo.

* Explain what sorts of things happen on the list.

* Remove unnecessary options.

* Clarify "Unsubscribe" vs. "Login".

* Indicate how Mailman passwords work.

Feedback extremely welcome!

In particular, if there are ways that it does or doesn't convey the 
purpose of this list as you've experienced it, now is a great time to say 
so.

(Tech note: It's actually a static HTML file that is Apache Alias'd to 
load when you visit http://lists.openhatch.org/mailman/listinfo/events 
(i.e., it's not integrated into the Mailman templating system). It's good 
enough to use for now, and one day we might get around to making it 
actually integrate with the templates and be useful for more than just 
this one list. And then it can be useful for more than just OpenHatch!)
