BTW: there has been a little shifting in the attendees as people have 
changed from yes to no.  And I heard separately from another attendee 
that they might have over-committed themselves for Saturday.  Tomorrow 
would be a good time to send an email asking people to be sure to change 
their RSVP to no if they think they won't make it so that someone else 
can be added.  I figure by tomorrow we'll have a pointable wiki page of 
installation instructions, and you can reiterate answers to questions 
that have appeared in the comments on the page..
