[Events] Software Freedom Day planning in Boston

Hi all events-y people,

Deborah, Karen, and I met up last weekend and discussed what we might 
envision for a Software Freedom Day event in the Boston area:

If we generate a lot of conversation by email about that event, we'll 
probably move that discussion to a new list; if we do that, we'll announce 
it here so that people can follow us there.

(Mostly I wanted Deb to know that the minutes for that meeting are now
