[Events] MS Nerd room request blurb

Jessica, any word on the NERD availability?  I mentioned the need for a 
Saturday space to a friend at HubSpot, and he seemed interested in 
providing room if we need it.  They're in Cambridge near the Lechmere T 
stop (across the street from the Galleria Mall).
