[OH-Dev] Why is OH inactive on GitHub since past two months?!

Hello everyone,

I was actually going through OH and found a bug. I resolved it and sent a
PR for the same. But noticed that the community is inactive since two
months and some good pull requests haven't been merged. Yeah, the last
commit to OH was on December 12, 2015.

Is OH a bit inactive or am I feeling so?!
