[OH-Dev] Error page on clicking the "Intro for developers" link in the footer of the openhatch.org home page

Hi!

Thanks for sharing this issue. Yes the link on the home page is 
redirecting to the wrong place.

It's an open issue with a suggested fix here: 
https://github.com/openhatch/oh-mainline/issues/1552

If anyone would like to claim the issue and submit a PR that would be 
great. Please leave a comment in the issue to let folks know that you 
are working on it.
