[OH-Dev] Writing custom bugparser for Python roundup [oh-bugimporters]

Hi! Did we really not get back to you yet? What a drag!

We'd love it if you'd contribute to OpenHatch. Sorry about the delays in
replying.

In general, a great way to communicate about code is by writing failing
test cases.

I think that (a) is correct. We still welcome you; pardon the lag!
