[OH-Dev] Making code deployment block on me less

Hi Elana & Philip & devel at lists,

I want to start a thread about how we can make deploying new versions of
the OpenHatch code block on me less. This is a topic Philip expressed
particular interest in, and I remember Elana had qualms about the current
docs.

One long-term idea I had was to move the deployment process to a
Heroku-based one. I think that's good still, but Philip is interested in
short-term fixes as well, such as ensuring the documentation of the current
situation is complete and accurate.

Given that, I thought I'd ask - what should I document more? What should I
change? What's confusing? etc.

I hope people will reply-all on this thread, so that I can have a nice list
of things to do/fix, and be sure to be documenting the right things.
