[OH-Dev] Editing Open Hatch pages

I'm one of the organizers of the Philadelphia Python workshop.   Our
curriculum is hosted on Open Hatch here:
https://openhatch.org/wiki/Philadelphia_Python_Workshop

I've made a few edits to the curriculum but they've all been live changes.
I want to considerably revamp the curriculum now.  Is there a way with Open
Hatch to work locally - ideally with a team -- and push changes live when
I'm ready (something git-style)?
