Goal: create MVP version of list of lists page, aka "List view" or Main Screen.

Focus will be the creation of the new django bugsets/ app on oh-mainline,
test-driven development, and development of data models.

We will limit scope to a simple table model of some lists (event-name, slug,
event-date) or similar.
