[OH-Dev] [issue1013] Floating button on list trackers/customs page

There's a list trackers button floating far to the right on the customs page 
(http://openhatch.org/customs/).  It also seems to be unnecessary, as changing 
the drop down selection automatically changes the contents of the list.

(By the way, this makes it annoying to find a tracker when you don't know what 
kind of tracker it is, but this is an unusual case so possibly not worth dealing 
with?  An "All" option on the drop down could solve it easily though.)
