[OH-Dev] More committers

Hey all,

I'd like to add more people to the Login Team! However, our backups haven't
been working in a while. (More about the Login Team here:
http://openhatch.readthedocs.org/en/latest/community/login_team.html )

Therefore, I think the reasonable thing to do is for me to prioritize
fixing that, and then I can start giving more people access. Sorry about
the delays.
