The django 1.5 upgrade broke a few tests in the bugsets app:

    raise NoReverseMatch("'url' requires a non-empty first argument. "
NoReverseMatch: 'url' requires a non-empty first argument. The syntax changed in
Django 1.5, see the docs.

These tests need to be fixed to conform with the upgrade.
