[OH-Dev] Issue Migration to GitHub Issues

     One of the goals for the PyCon 2014 OpenHatch sprint (as dictated by
its wiki page) was to migrate data from Roundup to GitHub Issues. I have
written some code (currently in https://github.com/602p/oh-issuemover.)
This code scrapes issues from Roundup and loads them into GitHub Issues, as
can be seen in https://github.com/602p/oh-issues/issues. This migration is
currently reluctantly supported by Asheesh, and I pose this idea to the
Mailing List because the code is there, and I can push the Issues to
oh-mainline (given 10 minutes and an OAuth key.)
    What do you guys think?*)*
