BTW, there's a question which I should have asked earlier. What is the
right process to deploy oppia to a GAE instance. I just remove the test
related third party libraries and run "appcfg update .". But that breaks
the deployment more often than not. For example, see
https://oh-oppia-test-2.appspot.com/ . And this doesn't even get fixed if I
delete all the entities in the datastore. :(
