[OH-Dev] Allura Bug Importer

Hi everyone, 

I'm a committer on the Apache Allura (incubating) project and have been wanting to add a bug importer for Allura for some time now. Finally, I've got the time to do it!

I just wanted to introduce myself and let the list know what I'll be working on. I've read through the docs and think I have a good idea of where to start (creating the importer and parser in the oh-bugimporters repo). 

I haven't looked closely at what (if anything) I'll need to do to integrate the new importer back into oh-mainline. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but if anyone has pointers on that, I'm all ears. Otherwise I'll try to figure it out when I get to that point, and ask questions here if I get stuck.
