Right now, if you visit https://openhatch.org/wiki/ , there is nowhere to click 
to see the recent changes on the wiki. That's pretty weird and un-wikilike.

Let's fix that. (note: probably depends on issue877 which is to have the wiki 
theme be publically viewable/editable)
