If a file called CONTRIBUTING is present in a repository, Github will 
automatically display a link to it whenever someone opens a pull request or issue 
(for an example, see https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/new). This 
could contain a link to the documentation for contributing, as well as a reminder 
to use a topic branch for commits.
