[OH-Dev] Informal IRC office hours

Hi everyone! At our release meeting last week, we talked about coordinating
a completely-optional/low-key progress check-in on IRC once a week at the
same day of the week & time of day as that month's release meeting (for
simplicity of planning).

So, if you're around online at 10 am Pacific (1 pm Eastern) tomorrow, feel
free to stop by #openhatch and say hi. For example, if you missed last
week's meeting and are interested in chatting about which tasks could be
useful for you to work on, or if you're stuck on something you're working
on, it could be fun to ask questions in the channel at a time when you know
other people will be online. :)
