[OH-Dev] Half-baked backbonification effort pushed to master

origin/backbonification contains a branch from back in August that uses
Backbone to scaffold the portfolio feature on OpenHatch. It doesn't work at
all really, but I figured it should at least get pushed somewhere.

If anyone knows more about OpenHatch and/or Backbone than me, maybe you can
make more progress on it!
