[OH-Dev] [issue869] There should be an "Edit projects" button on one's own profile page

If you are lizzard, and you are logged in to your page, you might be at

http://openhatch.org/people/lizzard/

You might look for an "Edit" or similar link in the top-right of the projects 
box, 
but you won't find one. Instead, to edit your project list, you have to click 
"Add 
contributions »" at the bottom.

We should make it so there is a link in the top-right of that box that you can 
click.
