[OH-Dev] [issue854] replace import unittest with django.utils.unittest

Changed the import statement in tests.py as mentioned.

I noticed that some vendor packages also need the same change. I would like to
know, (even though its not usually the case), if these import statement should
be changed in the vendor directory as well, or should I submit separate patches
to the respective projects.
