[OH-Dev] [issue762] oh-bugimporters crashes on some Trac instances

http://dsource.org/projects/tango/ticket/1939 uses a weird format for the 
"Opened" date -- in particular, the <p> tag has no children.

https://github.com/openhatch/oh-bugimporters/pull/12 is a pull request that adds 
a test for that sort of page, and makes sure the test passes.
