It sounds like you've been looking at
https://openhatch.org/wiki/Getting_started_with_the_OpenHatch_code.
Reading through that page, it says that after you've checked out the
source code, you should follow the instructions in
https://github.com/openhatch/oh-mainline/blob/master/docs/deployment/installation.rst.
Work through those steps, and if you get stuck anywhere let us know
and we'll help!
