I with and added margin-top:100px; on the css line:
"http://openhatch.org/static/css/jquery-ui-lightness/jquery-ui-1.7.2.complete.css"
I am able to access the form. I don't know if this is just on my end. I was
using a chrome browser but firefox also gave me the same results.
