[OH-Dev] Declining stability of training missions

Hi folks,

We've had several people hop on IRC to report broken parts of training
missions this week. It's great that they are following the "how to get
help" instructions to do this, but it's not good that a combination of
people not testing their changes thoroughly enough + a lack of
automated end-to-end tests for the missions means they are in this
state.

I have no particular call to action here and just wanted to point this
out to get people thinking about it.
