[OH-Dev] [issue696] Donation link appears (somewhere) on OH site

Three things involved with this:

1.) Getting a bank account set up for the new OH nonprofit
2.) Hooking it up to PayPal (or could we use Stripe? https://stripe.com/ They're less evil.)
3.) Posting a donate link somewhere.
