[OH-Dev] [issue672] Specify icon by URL when creating project

It's a minor wish to be able to specify an URL to fetch an icon for a new project 
on the http://openhatch.org/+projedit/bla-bla-bla page. Icons are already present 
on the web and "Save As../Choose File" cycle is not convenient.
