Hey now everbody now,

I made a wiki page with the results of our discussion last weekend about 
the content of 0.12.02. I added a section about finishing setting up 
backups.

I also updated the bug tracker to point at 0.12.02 as the current 
milestone.

(0.12.02 is the release that we'll do during 2012's 02nd month,
