[OH-Dev] [issue726] Missions: Tar, Checklist completes in wrong order

I was working through the Tar mission, and I noticed that the checklist on the 
lefthand side of the page marks off the mission steps in the wrong order. After 
completing the Unpacking tarballs portion of the mission, the check mark appears 
next to the Creating tarballs step, and when the Creating tarballs portion is 
completed, a check mark appears next to the Unpacking tarballs step.
