[OH-Dev] Mission bug - Commit

Hey there,

I was working with jesstess on IRC and was told this might be a bug. I am
working on this mission:

http://openhatch.org/missions/svn/commit

After running svn commit and entering my authentication, I received this
error:

E165001: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: E165001: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with no
output.
svn: E165001: Your commit message was left in a temporary file.
