When running the test suite, I see that the customs.OnlineGithub and 
customs.OnlineGithubFailure test cases fail with HTTP 401 errors from 
github.com.

It seems to me that, since the automatic profile importer is removed from the 
UI, that the easy fix here is to just remove the broken code and its tests.
