[OH-Dev] Asheesh's front page suggested changes

Hey all,

I just pushed a git branch with some suggested changes to the front page. 
It's available as:

 	origin/front_page_demo

To see the changed front page, visit:

http://127.0.0.1:8000/static/front-page-demo.html

I'll explain some of the changes there in the morning; for now I'll go to 
sleep.
