OpenHatch helps you find projects by language, bug size, and bug type, and you can find individual 
bugs by searching on a keyword, but you can't find projects by tag or keyword search.

One could imagine: a) giving project pages a place to add tags, b) having a tag cloud somewhere for 
people to quickly browse common tag options, and c) the addition of keywords/tags to the /search 
search.
