[Devel] Status of bug import: OK

Hey all,

I fixed some deployment issues and some code stuff that was breaking the 
nightly bug import.

Now you can see that we're entirely up-to-date: 
http://openhatch.org/%2Bmeta/

Thanks to nacarino for writing a Nagios task for monitoring this; that 
sure kicked me into gear!

P.S. I guess our DataImportAttempt stuff needs more monitoring, because 
there's something wrong with it.
