You're right! Those second and third answers actually contain broken 
links.

One thing we could do, code-wise, is monitor the answers for broken links. 
If an answer contains a broken link, we could automatically hide the 
answer.

Another is to have a way to mark these project pages as "Stale" or to 
"Request this page be updated", which would then send a ping to the people 
who have participated on the page.

I'm open to other ideas. Also, though, if you want to write up better 
answers (or ask Jesse Noller to do that, since he's been enthusiastically 
pushing this sort of outreach for the Python Project), that'd rock. (And 
then Will would just delete his.)
