[Devel] [issue444] People map is showing all of Antarctica when it shouldn't

Ok, there is one person in Antarctica woo hoo.

Can we safely drop that person off the map or only show the standard world map?
Or even hide the person in Antarctica with by reducing the size of the box that
shows the map?
