[Devel] A tale of two Souths, and a happy ending

A late-night note from your faithful Asheesh:

* If you have South 0.7.x installed, it has sucked for you to run 
"migrate" lately.

* I fixed that. Please re-pull from origin/master, and run 
"./bin/buildout".

* I filed a bug against South, and wrote a patch to fix the problem we 
were running into. I made a fake release of South called 0.7.3.1 and 
updated our buildout.cfg to point at it.

Now we're all on South 0.7.x, so any further issues are officially 
critical. (-:
