[Devel] In the OpenHatch templates, what needs more documentation?

At the weekly meeting, one thing that Karen brought up was the need for 
more documentation as to how the various templates are laid out.

I wrote this document as a starting point:

This is important so that it's easier for people to modify the existing 
templates.
