[OH-Dev] Urgent request for help: easiest bug of the milestone, and one of the most important

Dear everyone, especially newcomers to the project:

The 0.11.07 milestone is drawing to a close today, one month late (oops), 
on August 31.

There is one bug that is quite easy and also really important: Moving the 
OpenHatch mission to be "above the fold". You can read more about it here:

I'm especially hoping that a new contributor, or a small-time contributor, 
can take the lead on this: you just make the change to the templates and 
submit a patch. If you do, you'll be mentioned along with the other 
patchers in the release notes!
