[OH-Dev] [issue568] Add 'Mark as contributor' link next to 'Remove' on IWH handler page

Clicking it removes the person from the IWH list (both in the UI and actually)
and adds them as a contributor (and adds a (blank) entry for the project to
their profile). It should also send a "Congratulations! You're now marked as a
contributor for {{project.name}}!" type email to the person.
