[OH-Dev] [issue541] Move the OpenHatch mission higher on the front page

OpenHatch is becoming bigger than just the website -- we're organizing events
and giving talks.

It's important that people understand the purpose of the whole project, and for
that reason, we should move the mission higher up on the front page.
